Upper Thomson Road next weekend to book your place at the camp.


Intake of Completed Registration Forms Starts -
Saturday, 11th August 2007, 2:00PM

If you've either missed our Youth&Tertiary Service today, or you
need additional forms for the friend(s) or cousin(s) coming along
with you, be sure to obtain your copy of the registration form from
your Cell Leaders, or approach Camp Secretary, Hui Yun, for one.

So, don’t contain your excitement any longer. Grab your completed
forms and join the queue next Saturday, 11th August at 2PM,
284/286 Upper Thomson Road. Be the first 50 to sign up and stand
to receive limited edition camp memorabilia! Just remember to
fulfill our several criteria for a successfully completed registration:

(1) All information must be written down eligibly and correctly.
(2) Ensure you've selected an appropriate payment scheme.
(3) Ensure all the sections that are applicable to you are filled up.
(4) For any person under the age of 21, the Camp Indemnity Form
section has to be completed and signed by his/her parent/guardian.
(5) For all students, any form of identification to prove your status
as a student (e.g. Student Identification Card / Student EZ-Link)
has to be photocopied and handed up along with the registration
form in order for your registration to be deemed successful.

Start saving $1 a day from today onwards. We promise you a camp
